We work with organisations across the legal sector to identify meaningful progress, recognise leadership and share effective approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chambers DEI Awards and research process does four things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Builds&nbsp;an evidence\u2011based picture of DEI activity across&nbsp;each market&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Identifies&nbsp;areas of progress,&nbsp;challenge&nbsp;and best practice&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Supports&nbsp;a community of&nbsp;organisations&nbsp;committed to making the&nbsp;legal sector&nbsp;more inclusive&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Recognises&nbsp;the&nbsp;organisations and individuals&nbsp;driving meaningful change&nbsp;in the legal sector&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&lt;br&gt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>The DEI Awards application form combines tick\u2011box and free\u2011text questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Tick\u2011box questions establish a baseline of DEI activity across the legal sector (for example, the proportion of organisations offering vacation schemes\/mini\u2011pupillages targeted at specific underrepresented groups).<br><\/li><li>Free text questions allow you to share specific examples of your initiatives and outcomes, highlighting effective approaches and best practice.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&lt;br&gt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Our current research focuses on Latin America, Brazil and the UK Bar and Solicitors markets. We use these insights to produce content and engage with the wider DEI community in each market.
