As Diversity, Equity and Inclusion has increasingly become an essential aspect of what clients look for in law firms, we have made sure our research takes account of this.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do so, we collect gender diversity data on ranked lawyers and firm-wide diversity data across a range of diversity markers at firm discretion for all of our guides. This helps us to better understand the demographic make-up of the profession and ensure our rankings are reflective of the breadth of diversity. We also try to ensure we speak to a breadth of lawyers and gather a variety of perspectives in our research to feed into our ranking decisions.
