This practice (also known as Private Debt) focuses on the representation of non-bank investors, particularly private equity and other investment firms, acting as lenders in private credit transactions. Please note that debtor-side work should be included in the relevant Finance submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&lt;br><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>You will now be able to provide a separate submission for Employment: Employer: Third Party in London<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&lt;br><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Firms will be able to submit for specific regions (North East, South West etc) for SME-focused Firms. This is a table for smaller firms whose client base consists primarily of SMEs.
