{"id":17180,"date":"2023-08-18T12:34:43","date_gmt":"2023-08-18T11:34:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpcms.chambers.com\/?post_type=topics&#038;p=17180"},"modified":"2026-02-06T09:24:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T09:24:24","slug":"ukraine-research-update","status":"publish","type":"topics","link":"https:\/\/wpcms.chambers.com\/topics\/ukraine-research-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine research update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In this Chambers Legal Topics article, the Chambers Europe team provide an update on research into Ukraine for the Chambers Europe 2024 Guide. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>As part of research into the Chambers Europe 2024 Guide, we are continuing to research and cover Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year we will be covering the below five areas of practice, which are the same as those covered last year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>M&amp;A<\/li><li>Disputes<\/li><li>Competition<\/li><li>Employment<\/li><li>IP<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>We confirm we will still not be contacting any referees this year. We will not be adding any new law firms or lawyers who currently are not ranked in the five sections mentioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research period is between September 2022 to September 2023 but if you have any significant work from a month or two earlier than September 2022 that was not included in the previous submission, you are welcome to submit this as part of your submission. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the number of submissions received, the team will decide on whether it continues with a spotlight ranking or return to a numerical ranking in the Chambers Europe 2024 Guide.
